Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every use of 123 Rit.

1. Who we are
123 Rit is a trade name of 123-NL B.V., Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, KVK 88560686. 123 Rit is a platform: it brings passengers in contact with licensed taxi drivers and taxi companies, who carry out the transport.
2. Booking
A booking is final when a driver accepts it. The price shown before booking is a fixed price including 9% VAT. It only changes if the route is changed during the ride at the passenger’s request.
3. Cancelling
The passenger can cancel free of charge until the driver has arrived at the pick-up address. Online payments for cancelled rides are refunded automatically. If no driver is found, nothing is charged.
4. Waiting time and behaviour
The driver waits up to 5 minutes at the pick-up address. Passengers and drivers treat each other with respect. Smoking, drugs and damaging the car are not allowed; damage can be charged.
5. Payment
Payment is made in the car (card or cash), online through our payment provider Mollie, or on a company account by monthly invoice. Company invoices must be paid within 14 days.
6. Drivers
Drivers must have a valid chauffeurskaart, a taxi licence, a car with a blue taxi plate and an onboard computer for taxis, and must follow all Dutch laws for taxi transport. Drivers are independent entrepreneurs or work for a taxi company; they are not employed by 123-NL B.V. 123 Rit keeps the commission shown in the driver app.
7. Liability
The transport is carried out by the driver or taxi company, who is responsible and insured for it. 123-NL B.V. is only liable for damage caused by the platform itself, up to the amount of the ride concerned, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
8. Complaints
Send complaints within 14 days to info@123-rit.nl with your ride code. We reply within 14 days.
9. Law and language
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the court of Oost-Brabant. These terms are translated into several languages; in case of differences the Dutch text prevails.
