We only use your data to make your rides possible and keep them safe.

What we collect
- Account: name, e-mail address, phone number and language.
- Rides: pick-up and destination address, times, price, payment status and rating.
- Drivers: licence and car details, documents, IBAN and location while online.
- Company accounts: company details and colleagues’ e-mail addresses.
Why we use it
- To carry out your ride and to put you in contact with your driver (contract).
- To check drivers and meet legal obligations, such as tax records (legal obligation).
- For safety, preventing fraud and handling complaints (legitimate interest).
Location
The location of a driver is only shared while the driver is online, and only with the passenger of the current ride. Passengers’ locations are only used when they tap “Use my location”.
Who receives data
Your driver (name, phone number, addresses of the ride). Our processors: Supabase (database and login), Netlify (hosting), Mollie (payments) and Resend (e-mails). We do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Ride and invoice data: 7 years (tax law). Driver documents: as long as the driver account is active plus 1 year. Accounts without rides are deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. E-mail info@123-rit.nl. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
